2016 CIMPS Advertisement Programs

Co-organized by China and the Netherland, 2016 CIMPS will be held in Nanjing, May 11-13.

The CIMPS Organizing Committee has prepared dedicatedly the following Advertisement Programs, taking

 C. Advertisement Program (Introduction session, explanation session, presentation etc)

Promotion sessions are welcomed by the Organizing Committee and the opportunities of various 
introduction sessions, explanation sessions, and presentations will be provided.
Please fill out Form J and submit to the Organizing Committee before April 10, 2016 for application 
if necessary.

Services provided by the Organizing Committee to the companies attending the promotion sessions

1. services:

(1) Advertiser’s introduction materials including schedule, services will be put into the clear bag with 
conference info.

(2) One advertisement on 2016 CIMPS official website (120X60 pixels) 

(3) One inner full color advertisement in the 2016 CIMPS event catalogue

(4) To hold the advertising session company promotion, and put the conference information into the bags.

(5) CIMPS Committee assists to invite the domestic media to do the report

(6) CIMPS Committee assists to invite the attendees, including: 1.send email by blaster to the 
data base more than 100000 pcs of customer information 2.broadcasting in the event live 4 times to 
invite the attendees

(7) CIMPS Committee will provide decoration of the conference hall (class or opera style), 
reception desk, sound system, lighting, indicator drop, tea or pure water.

Pencils, papers and mats will be provided for the class style conference

(Note: excluding projectors, backdrops, bouquet for the guests and attendance books)

(8) Provide a conference room for a 30 minute meeting.
